Synopsis

A political satire blended with commercial entertainment that presents socially relevant topics through political humor, appealing to all audience sections.
Moviegoers are saying
TN 2026 emerges as a politically charged spoof that attempts to satirize Tamil cinema icons like Vijay and Rajinikanth, but audiences universally agree it crashes and burns spectacularly. Despite having potential for sharp political commentary and a large ensemble cast including Thambi Ramaiah and MS Bhaskar, viewers describe it as a 'brain rot' experience with terrible execution, inconsistent tone, and failed attempts at both comedy and satire.

Spoof film, but not an enjoyable one. It had the content to be a proper spoof, but it never reaches that level.

Maha nadigan style spoof. I went in for the vijay slander, surprisingly got a good deal of Rajni slander (more so I think). Mathapadi scrap, mokkai padam.

We have good political satire films like 'Saguni' and Evergreen political satire masterpiece like 'Amaidhi Padai' in our industry. 'TN 2026' with its potential, could've easily made into the list with the right amount of pitch but failed miserably. The first 1 hour was…
