Something you could watch on TV with your dad when you were a kid.
Brought to mind John ford
these little school kids for the educational screening are more hardened than me because why was i nearly crying at the back of the auditorium because a chipmunk got his hoard of acorns stolen just before winter… get! a! grip! (it got the acorns back don’t worry guys)
A young chipmunk in the North American forest and a young grasshopper mouse in the Sonoran desert face challenges as they live life on their own in this pseudo-documentary. This was like a modern take on the classic True-Life Adventure films that Disney did way back when…
about as "documentary" as ace ventura pet detective. grasshopper mouse war cry brings me to tears. entertaining though.
Did I tear up in a documentary about a chipmunk and a scorpion mouse? Yes I did… And I have no shame. Also, the 3-D was next level.
Ok so I went to the Detroit Zoo today (everyone should do this) and me and my friend got tickets to the 4D theater (it was either this or Ice Age and as much as I love Sid I missed the time so we saw this). Shortened version of a longer documentary and while it does its job…
Detroit Zoo attraction. The air blowing and vibrations for 4D were a little much, but still so cute to watch chipmunks and fun to learn about them.
