    The Witches of Eastwick

I wanted to like this movie so much more than I did. If it was more focused on the girls being witches I would have enjoyed it more but they only really explore their powers in the last 15 mins. Cast is stacked, I just think the plot is lacking and the movie is wayy too long 5/10

I liked it but I do wish it focused more on the women and their powers than on Jack Nicholson.

Thought I was going to watch another cute witchy film but ended up being traumatised by Jack Nicholson. Will rate a thumbs up because of the amazing cast and how weird it is.

Incredibly unique and interesting film from George Miller. Jack Nicholson completely steals the show in every scene. It’s quirky, unpredictable, eccentric and a lot of fun. Wouldn’t have expected such a unique story from the title alone. A highlight of Miller’s filmography

I’m shocked a man had the audacity to touch a woman’s butt in front of children and insinuate she needs to sleep with him again in front of children to keep her job. i’m baffled at how Jack Nicholson kept getting jobs to where people had to think he was hot. He ain’t

Veronica Cartwright was hilarious in this film especially in the scene at the church. Besides that and the wild ending, this film doesnt have much to give. Also every time I see Cher I get mad bc i think about the time she robbed Glenn Close of a best actress win

I thought the movie was really good ! From beginning to the end, I loved jack Nicholson’s character and the 3 witches, the writing was kinda of random because certain things happen with no plot to the story but overall I give it a 7.5/10!

Unfortunately, after a terrific, deliciously devious first hour, this sophisticated, comic sex battle soars out of control, blown by its own creative excesses.

There are some moments in The Witches of Eastwick that stretch uncomfortably for effects - the movie's climax is overdone, for example - and yet a lot of the time this movie plays like a plausible story about implausible people. The performances sell it. And the eyebrows.

The Witches of Eastwick does have enough flamboyance to hold the attention, directed as it has been by Mr. Miller in a bright, flashy, exclamatory style. But beneath the surface charm there is too much confusion, and the charm itself is gone long before the film is over.
