I liked the part where everybody clapped
James (Schaffrillas)Sep 8, 2025Once you've seen the other 50 Adam Sandler movies you really start to stomach the expected flaws that are in most of his comedies and get completely drawn in by what a natural and charismatic lead he is. There's a lot of annoying cliches and humor I don't care for here, but…
James (Schaffrillas)Feb 2, 2013Judge away .. I could care less.... I love this movie..never gonna change that

It was good! Chill watch, but probably wouldn’t watch again. Has that miscommunication trope which is annoying but overall, chill movie. Drew and Adam have such good chemistry
This movie has aged very well. The jokes, the chemistry between Sandler and Barrymore and the 80s setup makes this movie truly a classic.

I loved this movie as a kid growing up. It’s where I was first introduced to Culture Club, Billy Idol and officially became a Adam Sandler fan.
Wow I'm surprised with this movie it's one of Adam Sandler's best movies ngl and I can't believe Brother can sing

Adam Sandler is surprisingly likable as Robbie, a struggling musician who is left at the altar early in this modest romantic comedy.
This movie desperately wants to be liked. The problem is, there's not much here to like -- at least nothing that's new or interesting.
It is a harmless and occasionally hilarious pop comedy good for a few bargain yuks.
