Jacob shirtless, muscles popping, saying to Edward 'let's face it, I am hotter than you' when he was supposedly talking about his body temperature is what I call AMAZING writing.

Sabrina Bondi likedThe Twilight Saga: EclipseGreat storytelling. Great action. So many emotions as Bella is torn between two guys and two families of mythological creatures. I love seeing the tri relationship between Jacob, Edward, and Bella. Very complex and it makes the action packed and BADASS climax that much cooler.

MamaKizzle likedThe Twilight Saga: EclipseAgain, not my favorite movie in the series, emotionally. But somehow, against all odds, Eclipse might actually be the most satisfying movie so far. Lucy Lu is "meh" onThe Twilight Saga: EclipseAre we just going to ignore the assault? Besides that this movie is insane. It’s INSANE. It’s a good movie but but it’s definitely gone downhill since the first one.

It took three films, but The Twilight Saga finally nails just the right tone in Eclipse, a film that neatly balances the teenage operatic passions from Stephenie Meyer's novels with the movies' supernatural trappings.
Kirk Honeycutt
The Hollywood Reporter
The movie contains violence and death, but not really very much. For most of its languorous running time, it listens to conversations between Bella and Edward, Bella and David, Edward and David, and Edward and Bella and David. This would play better if any of them were clever conversationalists, but their ideas are limited to simplistic renderings of their desires.
