The book was great but this did not translate well on the screen. They changed some key scenes in my opinion. Also found the soundtrack lacking.

if you read the book...you might not quite like the movie version. it's a good movie just not a good book adaptation.

It was an exquisite movie, critics would give it a people’s choice because it involves all emotion at the exact point and time

Yara Shahidi carries this movie. Charles Melton(her co star) needed to up his game to that of yara but fell short. Also, why have 2 actors play Jamaican but have bad accents ( just cast Jamaicans instead)

It was good movie if you didn’t read the book! I read the book and I feel like they cut out small but key characters that made the story make sense? The soundtrack was good tho! Overall it’s a nice movie to go see.

I would definitely see it again! Yara Shahidi is such a great and beautiful actress and Charles Melton made you feel the love he was giving.

good movie. loved the girl's glimpse of the future and all the childhood memories and family history for both leads.

good date night movie. Good plot. but mediocre acting. Has a great soundtrack.

Why? This could have been SO much more! I was disappointed - even my teenager daughter and her friends were as well. And they usually live for the cliche over the top stuff.

I didn’t like the ending I hope there is a part two to finish it off!
