"Moneypenny, where's 007?" "He's on a mission sir. In Austria." "Well, tell him to pull out. Immediately." My favorite of the Roger Moore Bonds. If you ever need proof for the theory that the Bond movies work as time capsules, transforming the formula to fit the…
ScreeningNotesNov 25, 2022ROGERTAINMENT at its purest form. Every scene is a delight in some way. I never tire of this completely fun, blast of a film.
Calvin DysonApr 8, 2026❤️🔥81% 🔙License to Kill🔙 🔜LOTR The Fellowship of the Ring🔜 After 17 James Bond films I thought it was time to revisit my favorite of the bunch so far, weirdly enough it comes from my least favorite Bond. I say that but these actors have all possessed perks that make…

Widely regarded as Roger Moore’s best Bond — and, therefore, if you’re a Moore fan, one of the best Bond movies period. And yet the villain is an absolute stiff, and Barbara Bach always strikes me as miscast as a tough-as-nails (not to mention Russian) secret agent. Can’t…
Matt SingerMar 23, 2013first time on 35mm. a virtual remake of my favorite Bond, YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE (even the same director), this is aggressively silly and ridiculously entertaining. positively packed with superb big-budget location photography, then state-of-the-art special effects, and…
matt lynchJan 4, 202073 For all the dizzying gadgetry and love for Bond, this is surprisingly elegant. Kept me captivated the whole way through.

James Bond is the only guy that could kill a woman's lover and still manage to make her fall in love with him. I don't know how he does it. This is easily one of my favorite Bond films so far. There's something about Bond and trains that works well because this and From…
JoshuaCaineSep 26, 2020the question of whether less is more or more is more may be up to debate, but when it comes to Bond films, I'm really wishing there was less of Moore
liam fSep 15, 2021Fuera de Serie: Bond, James Bond - The International Spy, The Icon I have yet to see four of the Bond films starring Roger Moore, but this one is my favorite so far. It's not just because of the entertaining script that manages to balance humor with the spy thriller the…

The pacing issues in this are the main issue as it can make you want it to end 30 minutes before it actually does. Along with the fact it doesn’t go full into its goofy tone and it ends up being inconsistent with its tones leading to underserved scenes. Overall 6/10 (Kubrick tho)
One of the best Bond openings, though I can't help but question the subtlety of a spy with a parachute bearing their country's flag. The film is a blast, an incredible car chase, brilliant action, a psychotic villain. Truly an unforgettable entry. Rating: H - 10/10 L - 9/10
Another great film in the series where Roger Moore plays Bond. But the best thing in this film was especially the character of Jaws who was just a such a cool and unstoppable villain and probably even one of the best villains in the series. Overall I give it a rating of 6/10.

I’ll lump all the James Bond films up to Casino Royale into one review. I love them all and there’s very few instalments that I don’t enjoy. I hope they keep making them till the day I die, fantastic films! 13/07/2023 (Historical Review)
Roger did a good job as James in this movie. Overall the movie had a good balance between action and humor. Jaws is one of my favourite recurring characters.
