    Yes! Love it :) it's really original, weird, funny, silly, creative and I just love it because it's so different to most movies this day. It's got kinda the same feeling to Eternal Sunshine of the spotlight mind. Michel Gondry is such a creative and original director.

    an absurdly imaginative film that immediately captured my attention with its one-of-a-kind production and insane stop-motion visuals. my gripes are with the lackluster ending and upsetting protagonist, though both are faithful to the central narrative. definitely worthwhile

    love the distortion between reality and dreams. although i fear his problem should have been addressed sooner, maybe none of the mess he made would’ve happened. i want to like stéphane but he’s too insecure.

I think it's a mess, but - and this is a major caveat - an endearing, beautiful, hopelessly honest mess that's supported by a pair of performances so unnaturally natural that they draw you in and clutch you, struggling, to their flipping, flopping hearts.
