An elite squad of cops raid a ruthless-as-fuck drug lord's dungeon of death. A hyper-intense workout. Kissing your wife goodbye and hoping like fuck you will see her again. Headshot. Headshot. Headshot. Headshot. Catching a lucky break for a split-second. Hammer to the…

If Crocodile Dundee wielded action movies instead of knives, this is the movie he would hold up whenever some punk claimed to be wielding an action movie. "That's not an action movie. THIS...is an action movie."

FramesofnickSep 16, 2021Still has yet to be a martial arts hand to hand action movie that even touches this level 10 years later The only thing close enough is raid 2 This will always be my go to for visceral bloody action where it feels like the actors are genuinely trying to kill each other

After watching this movie I now finally understand the Youtube video "The Raid - Drug Room Fight Scene - BEST QUALITY (480p) - Part 4"

Patrick WillemsMar 5, 2012Its stupefying, pulpy excess is best summed up by the fact that the credits include the role "Drug Lab Guard #21."

8.5/10 I love the action as expected. I didn’t care for the gun stuff, but when the hands get to going…MAN! There’s no story but Frfr, but this movie doesn’t need all of that. The worst thing about this movie is the color grading tho. I look forward to seeing how the 4K fixes it
I didn’t pay that much attention to the story but I did understand it. I was more amazed by the amazing action scenes and how they were choreographed. I mean this movie was okay, I wouldn’t say it was anything mind blowing but it was absolutely great action wise and the actors did an amazing job.

3.0-3.5 if I’m being completely honest… I thought it would be much higher than a 3.0-3.5 now that doesn’t mean this movie doesn’t have extreme sauce, but there are so many better martial arts movies out there. Idk maybe this one was one of the first to be this grand a scale?
8.7/10 Wow. Went into this thinking it was a popcorn flick but it’s so much more than that. Every character is badass, the villain is great, the acting is great. Some of THE best fight choreography and martial arts I’ve seen in a movie. Absolute nonstop action what a movie

The dubbed voices had little emotion in them and the volume didnt fit the scenes. The action was good, but extremely unrealistic. One guy knocks out 20 men with a knife all by himself, then knocks out 5 others who have some kind of machete while being unarmed himself.
9/10 ** damn!!!!, What a movie. Gets you hooked in the first 3 minutes and the action is nonstop! Loved all the choreography, every bit of fighting whether it’s gunfights or hand to hand was so tight and fluid. the camera work complemented all the action.
