shannonJul 17, 2019I'm being fully serious when I say this is the funniest movie I've ever seen and I will continue to watch matthew broderick hysterically scream on repeat everyday until I eventually die

Probably one of the only films to feature a pigeon performing a Nazi salute

•lily•Nov 5, 2020It’s almost like when you get actual Broadway actors and directors to make musical movies they feel like musicals and are fun to watch

At first I thought the theatrical acting was a little off putting, but 5 min in it made a lot more sense being more of an actual show. The humour was amazing, the songs and choreography were on point, but I felt the ending became a bit slow. Would definitely recommend.
The Producers is a comedic gem! With a stellar cast led by Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, it delivers non-stop laughs and toe-tapping musical numbers. Mel Brooks's genius shines through, making it a joyous celebration of Broadway and hilarity!

The movie had as many bad moments as it had good moments. Matthew was a bad actor, but it was fun to see Will Farrell play a Nazi
I enjoy the song and dance portions but the in between lacks a little. Great casting. Great sets. Pretty colors.

now I didn't expect that!! very well done and the theatre kid in me loved it
The slapstick style comedy, and overdramatized acting was not for me.
