Atom User Reviews for The Mule
Clint Eastwood doesn’t disappoint - Great Movie!!!
This movie wasn't full of action, in some places you had to use your imagination. Small amount of violence, some cursing. Actually they didn't even show drugs that much... So why 5 stars? Because Clint Eastwood is an excellent Director/ actor and this movie was a good one. Safe to take your parents and grandparents to. It was in my top 5 to see in December. Highly recommended, teens would get bored, not for kids.
I was a little disappointed. There was hardly any action and it was boring. Sorry. I saw it because my dad is a huge Clint Eastwood fan
Very original. Fun. Intense. Heartfelt.
processing was quick and easy.
Was just OKAY. Cast struggles to stay in character. Boring ending.
Clint Eastwood
Worth the money
Will see again!!
Another Clint Eastwood gem!
Typical Clint Eastwood Movie. Good from the beginning to end.
Great story and acting! Loved this movie one of my favorite Clint Eastwood movies!
Clint Eastwood is still a awesome actor!
Clint Eastwood drives. The End.
my English is not very good, but i liked it.
I loved it!
Slow, boring, NO action, actually fell asleep.
Great. History
Slow
great movie
Slow and so so
Great movie,something different
We love Clint's movies
Great story telling as always from Eastwood.
Great performance by Clint Eastwood
Its missing something. Theres no real sense of urgency or conflict that stands out. Nothing is at stake, so nothing really matters in the end.
Not a good ending!
Clint Eastwood baby!
needed some action
very good....my name is pancho villa....
Slow but moved well.
good, but not as good as I expected.
Nothing to it really. The story is lame and there wasn't much action
Great movie
Super slow. I will never watch a Clint Eastwood movie again. Literally no climax or nothing.
It had a great cast, but It was very slow. I thought there was going to be more action like Gran Torino
it was ok
Best modern Clint Eastwood to date.
Always love Clint Eastwood.
Slow moving with not a lot of story. Clint is worth watching though.
The writing is sub-par and keeps you from becoming invested in the characters.
Some good Clint, but a bit weak.
Best part is Clint Eastwood. Weak storyline
Decent movie with good cast! Too predictable
A by the numbers drama detailing an old curmudgeon distant from even his own family deciding to "break bad" if you will as a drug mule. Unlike BB however, the suspense is at a minimum and is a very predictable movie even though it has a few subtle things to say about America, mainly from the eyes of Eastwood's character. It's still worth seeing though if it is indeed Clint's last time in front of the camera.
Movie was good. Acting was good. Just lacked any real drama. Was predictable. And will never use Atom app to purchase tickets again. Had to pay at counter AGAIN since app Q code didn't work. And app says I can't be reimbursed after the movie showing. UNSAT.
Great Movie !
Lint needs an Oscar!
A bit anticlimactic.
Eastwood is a fantastic director. It’s not as good as Gran Torino but it’s better than 13:17 to Paris
Metacritic
It’s perfectly watchable but a film with this puttering pace is never going to get the blood racing.
This movie is as much a eulogy for a country that Eastwood sees as slowly crumbling as it is for the life Earl chose to lead.
Eastwood is known for his ruthless efficiency as a filmmaker, but The Mule feels dashed off at best, barely even a movie. It’s a strange rough draft, poorly executed and disastrously performed, despite the starry cast.
