Really loved the story. Things that happen in a family that just are just SO hard to get through. Really hit home in this family. Like they say.. When it gets too hard to stand, it is time to kneel. All thanks to God.
We really enjoyed the movie! It was definitely family friendly and faith based, which is what we like to see. We were lucky enough to get free tickets from pay it forward so we also paid it forward. I like the concept of making the movies affordable for all!
Movie was amazing, family friendly, very heart felt and relatable. A movie showing no matter how hard life gets you can try again and make the most to protect and provide for your family no matter what!
Good premise and story, execution of it was a bit off though. Some weird editing, and a few scenes had some of the worst acting I have ever seen. The two leads were good at least. I respect what angel studios tries to do with their films. Worked in some ways in this film, others not so much.
Always a fan of Neal McDonough I really wanted to like this more. But some times the hard headed grumpy my way or the highway gruff older man character I find hard to sympathize with.
Totally unbelievable movie with no reality. The plot is predictable as in the hero always wins regardless of the odds. There is a lot melodrama which has no bearing on the scene or the plot. Total waste of time. No wonder the theater was totally empty.
Great Movie, Exciting, promoting Sportsmanship, and Moral Values. Need More Movies like this and I'd attend the movies on a regular basis.
storyline was good but the movie was slow and at times just had scenes that were unnecessary and didn't add much to the film. Acting outside the two male leads was subpar and forced at times. I received these tickets for free and this is my honest opinion. My friend didn't like it and fell asleep during the movie.
Really god awful acting. We walked out after 10 or 15 minutes. Just the worst.
after having someone very close dealing with the same issue, it was hard to watch them verify that they understood the emotions throughout the movie. Gave me insight into what he actually went through.
A very inspiring family friendly movie that made my Wife and I cry, because the movie was an emotional one with a great cast of actors, I recommend it and definitely like to see more movies like this.
Great movie 👍
Great Movie with a Great Message. I recommend watching it.
Weak writing, directing and acting.
Beautiful and uplifting storyline about reconnecting with family, friends and resorting your faith. The setting with professional bull riding in Texas and Oklahoma adds action to the film and also highlights how the PBR is also a family community and support others in times of need - resorting faith in humanity.
too much profanity to be a film like this from these producers. my mom and I were shocked.
It was really good! Great values!
Motivational and moving. Great acting and a great storyline. We were moved to tears and really enjoyed it.
A heartwarming moving that anyone could relate to.
This movie was GREAT! Good morals, family love and support and what would a person do for a member of their family! Great feel good movie for sure! We need more like this!
We enjoyed the movie and took our 14 year old son. He was really into it and it kept our attention. I was entertained by the story and the bull riding. I'm just thankful someone is making clean movies that I can see with my family!
Wonderful movie with a great story line. A must see for all families!

Great movie! I loved it! Very family friendly.
It was really good. I normally do not watch these types of movies and I still enjoyed it. I’m kinda a cry baby so I had watery eyes throughout the movie. It was a great movie!
Great!
Thank you
A very good movie to watch h
About family and friends coming together to help each other through hard times. Great story, good drama, wonderful score.
It’s what the rodeo world really is. The rest of the world could learn a lot from it.
Best movie I’ve seen in a long time.
A moving, inspiring and faith filled movie! It’s great to see more and more movies like this!
Heartwarming movie that really was great for a Friday night
Loved it! Kept you on your toes! Not predictable at all.
great plot and great sound effects!
Excellent story and acting. Definitely glad my dad and I saw it. Highly recommend!
Really good family movie, overcoming obstacles and letting in forgiveness.

Feel good movie that will inspire you to connect with your family.
A great movie even for family night. Loved it. Thanks for the invite!
It was incredible.
My husband and I watched this as a date night without the kids, but we certainly could have brought them. We both loved it! My husband couldn't stop raving about it when we left the theater. It was the best movie we've seen in the theater in a long time. It was not slow but kept you wondering what was going to happen next the whole way through. Great acting and relatable story about a father and daughter relationship.
this movie was good. it was inspiring, a little edgy when it came to rhe bullriding all you wanted was for him to succeed and it felt like the time was going so slow haha. I wish there would've been more action for this movie but honestly it was good. it does give you the emotions reactions threw out the movie. overall family friendly with a few cute puns.
Great movie. Would’ve loved to see some more rodeo action and would’ve been cool to see some more big rodeo names in it but all together a great film
Some of the acting was bad, but it was a good movie.
I would give it more than 5 stars.
Metacritic
When all is said and done, the movie manages to juggle several moving parts with incredible graceful balance.
For those who appreciate uplifting stories with spiritual undertones, it delivers exactly what’s expected—and sometimes, God’s blessing is enough.

The story’s conventional beats (the get-back-in-shape montage, the bad news delivered at a critical moment) cohere into a wholesome journey of long-delayed healing. The inclusion of the wonderful Mykelti Williamson, as Joe’s longtime friend and rodeo partner, injects a buddy-movie vibe that anchors the action in riding bouts that are smoothly thrilling without being punishing.
