the word family was really portrayed all through out the movie. and only because of the dynamics between the actors made you feel that. I wouldn't mind watching this again... but next time with the whole family 👪

I didn’t know what to expect going in theaters to see this movie but after watching The Fantastic Four: First Steps it turned out to be an actual good movie, I would definitely watch again!

Walked out of the theater cannot see this. I wish I could with all the flops creating. They’re definitely on a roll. This one was worse.
My wife just had a miscarriage before we saw this movie, and I wish I had known it was ALL about a pregnant woman and having a baby and protecting a baby. The action was terrible literally. Silver surfer was a huge let down. Pedro is annoying in everything he’s in.

The Fantastic Four is here for a proper reset – a buoyant and frequently dazzling one at that, which sort of makes up for the failed movie adaptations of Marvel’s first family from the past.
As an effort to breathe new life into a particularly moribund title—there have been four prior takes on these characters, all of them bad—First Steps is essentially successful. What it somehow can’t manage to do is have much of a good time in the process.
This reboot’s boldest stride toward progress is that it values emotionally credible performances.
