Atom User Reviews for The Evil Dead 40th Anniversary
Just an entertaining experience overall: The theatre we went to butchered the screening a little bit, having the film delayed by 5-10 minutes, and having it interrupted during the middle of the movie. Despite this, the experience overall was fantastic, for the introduction with Bruce Campbell, seeing the film in theatres for the first time rather than on video only, and for the elevator music during the interruptions (plus the fact that they were using a pay-per-view platform to play the movie just made my night). 10/10, would do it again
Best movie all year!!! π€π»π€π»π€π»π€π»π€π»
The movie was awesome. However, the theatre was terrible. Started late. Volume way too low. The screen would go black for a few seconds every few minutes. Ruined the experience.
Great experience. Will definitely go and see another film
40 years later and still one of the best ever π€
Never better than on the βBig Screen!β
gotta love Bruce Campbell
absolutely love the movie, but the theater we were in drop the ball. they started the movie almost half hour late. then they rewound it to the beginning of the movie, but we missed the 40-year anniversary video before the film. was extremely disappointed at the venue for this
Best horror movie ever made. Seeing and hearing it in theaters was a different experience!
So great to see this on the big screen
