The story didn't resolve in any meaningful way. It just ended. Very confusing.
Was there supposed to be an ending that you understood or that made sense? This movie says..what's an ending?
Worst movie I've seen in a loooong time. Made me hate Hermoine
movie was enjoyable to an extent, but full of wasted opportunities and pointless supporting cast
Empty plot, empty characters. Could have been so good.
litttttttttt
So stupid
While I wasn't expecting the ending to happen the way it did, it seemed more realistic than if, well when you see it you'll get it lol.
Choppy
somewhat predictable, not bad, ended quickly
It seems they forgot to add the ending to the movie.
Overall this movie was OK. Probably won't watch it again but not mad that I saw it. Give it a shot.
Had potential but fell short
Used the book as the loosest frame of reference. Great acting - horrible plot.
was okay, trailer made it seem more of a escape for your life kinda movie but wasn't worth seeing in theatre.
ending could have been better, felt like there should have been more to it it just left you like that was it but otherwise great concept
This 'boring' movie nearly had me thinking but I avoided that with a snapchat to my instagram account.
Surprising
Kind of boring. This might be the direction we are heading.
.....
Dull. I want a refund
wish it has ended differently
watch out
wish there it was more suspenseful
Fascinating movie. A bit slow at times. Didn't like ending. Worth seeing. Would probably see it again.
Wish they would have went more in depth on the ending!
The ending fell horribly FLAT.
Metacritic
The end result is a meandering story featuring shallow, unconvincing characters attempting to illustrate the evils of technology in its undermining of individual liberties. The Circle offers a lot of good bullet arguments but this is a movie not a Powerpoint presentation.
Has a lot of good ideas and a few engrossing sequences, but it never quite finds a groove, or even a mode, and it ends in an abrupt, unsatisfying way.
It's a paranoid thriller without suspense, urgency or a single new thing to say.
