I saw this last night. Don’t waste your money it was boring, stupid and a waste of time.I left 45 minutes bingo it because it was horrible. Don’t even stream this.

I’d give it zero stars if that was one of the choices here.

Non linear storytelling, visually stunning!

So unbelievably stupid. The same joke over and over and over for an hour and a half

What was that? The movie had no plot.

It may be interesting to a stoner, but to a normal person it was horrible. I kept waiting for something good to happen, but no luck. We left.

Being familiar with where the movie takes place, the movie’s shots captured the bright lights and mellow beaches perfectly. McConaughey’s acting nailed it for the most part, but sometimes it was just a little too much. Movie lacks a solid story to keep the ball rolling and the viewers engaged. The casting is great however. Every scene has a well known star doing their outrageous role.

McConaughey dives headfirst into the well here, howling all the way, and his committed performance is one to admire even if it’s not one to like.

Though Korine (Spring Breakers) doesn’t figure out how to make his protagonist breathe (at least smokelessly), he does do a commendable job of making the Florida Keys come alive with sunshine, pastel colours and partying.

[McConaughey]’s so entertaining, in fact, that it takes nearly the entirety of “The Beach Bum” to fully absorb how little else there is to the film once the initial high of basking in Moondog’s perma-stoned glory wears off.
