The plot to this movie is absolute madness. An underground yakuza is recruiting teenagers to cause mischief all over New York, also they teach them martial arts. The TMNT have to team up with a news anchor to defeat them. Truly the 90s 🔥 i was looking for.

While I love tmnt with my entire heart, it was kinda hard to keep myself engaged with the story with all of the action and somewhat corny writing. However that being said there’s definitely good fight choreography and there are some jokes that land well. A solid adaptation. 6/10
