This movie was not it, very boring
Love the Foo Fighters, but the movie just wasn't good
Really scary not gonna lie
Go see this movie. It was so exciting and funny and gory
Great old school re make type movie.
This is a Campy B horror. That means low budget, dont take it seriously. This is a niche genre. You are either going to think its a fun watch or you are going to think its trash. I suggest watching it at a discount or wait until it streams.
It was aiiiight
Dave Grohl, take my soul!
the band did a great job so did Dave. it was the other Indian looking guy that did a poor job in acting. sorry dude but had to call you on it.
great for any Foo fan!
had some laughs, but overall just okay
Loved it!! Foo Fighters should make another. The band can act even if they are playing themselves. Creepy but funny.
Got boring
Dave Grohl was fantastic.
unless you're a huge foo fighters fan and they can't do no wrong to you , stay away this movie was terrible
I saw this right after it came out. and with the recent tragedy with Taylor, this makes me feel weird...also weird the album came out on the same day he dies...
Great movies and awesome effects with a dash of spicy spooks
Fun, crazy and far better than you’d think
Loved it! If you're a Foo Fighters fan or just enjoy over-the-top cheesy horror films then this is a must-see. Don't think too hard, just enjoy the ride!
I set the bar pretty low going into the theater expecting something fun but nothing mind blowing…. All I got was 2 hours of a poorly made boring disaster of a film. Glad Dave Grohl did something while he couldn’t tour during the pandemic but this is an abomination.
It was a fun movie for people who love the band
so funny
Metacritic
The film’s funny and shocking gore too often plays second fiddle to meandering comedic bits revolving around the band’s recording sessions.
Studio 666 is good B-movie fun! Time will tell if it deserves the same cult status as heavy-metal horror classics like “Trick or Treat” (1986) or “Black Roses” (1988), but there are still plenty of midnight thrills to be had.
The jokes are stale, the energy is stilted, and the whole thing feels like a misbegotten vanity exercise cooked up in the pandemic to keep them occupied.
