When a new danger threatens the entire world, Lance turns to scientific genius Walter Beckett, a gadget inventor whose work has kept Lance alive more than once.
This time, however, Walter has to turn Lance into a pigeon. Spies in the skies, see? - sabina lovedSpies in DisguiseMovie is gripping from the very first minutes and the action holds til the very end. Despite the violence it carries a message, I really get attached to the characters, although I miss the backstory of main antagonist but now hear me out: walter is varian from tangled the series
ChaosStrolling likedSpies in DisguiseMaybe I don’t watch enough spider-man, but I loved that Tom Hollands voice acting isn’t just Tom Holland. Will Smith is very much just Will Smith lol Fun and cute, nothing masterful but enjoyable. Very predictable story beats. I love the amount of gadgets we get to see.

I like that this film is treated like a real action spy movie the threat is real, the characters feel authentic. And a perfect balance between learning that evil people do exist, and learning how to overcome the evil in people. Best film from Blue Sky since Rio.
Gman likedSpies in DisguiseBlue Sky’s final film is surprisingly good. Tom Holland and Will Smith are fine enough, the villain is ok. The humor is okay but not as unbearable as other Blue Sky films. The parts with Will Smith pigeon are fine, and don’t feel very intrusive on the runtime.
Four Meadows likedSpies in DisguiseLiked it a lot, cast was great, a nice family movie and was acc funny, lowkey would watch it again but I wish it had a tiny bit more idk just needed a kick or something it was definitely missing something but other than that it was great

What keeps it from top-tier animation status is that, while the relentless killer drone army usually hits its targets, the jokes don’t always connect.

A strange tonal mashup that turns the hypermasculine and hyperviolent world of glamorous spies, in the vein of James Bond or “Mission: Impossible,” and turns it into kid-friendly family entertainment.

Feels like a regifting of previous action adventure favorites, lifting elements from the “Mission: Impossible” series, “Skyfall” and, most of all, “The Incredibles.” It’s fast-moving, entertaining, kinda clever and instantly forgettable.
