I’m late to the party but yeah, it’s as good as people make it seem. One of the more entertaining films I’ve seen, not a single dull moment. Also Cosmo is the best part of it.

Nathan Lahip lovedSingin' in the RainI didn't think I would like old musicals as much as I liked this from the acting to the singing, especially the dancing, I wish there were more in the movies that came out similar to this
Sabrina Bondi likedSingin' in the RainThis is a movie of a bygone era - an era when an audience could be impressed by the sheer happiness of a story and moved by the footwork of a master.
Kareem likedSingin' in the RainThis is probably my second favourite musical ever, and that comes from someone who absolutely hates them, especially the romantic ones. Everything is beautiful, the writing, the acting from the beautiful cast, the colours used in everything, the set designs, clothes-

CvptvinHowdy lovedSingin' in the RainI'm glad I didn't watch this years ago because I probably would've found it dreadful to get through. Nowadays I have a better appreciation for older films, and so I thoroughly enjoyed this. Musicals aren't my favorite either, but in here the singing and dance choreography were all fantastic. Also,…

Thomas Joyce likedSingin' in the RainYou know, I didn’t even know half those songs were from this film - crazy effect this film holds on Hollywood. First and foremost - what a pretty film, Technicolor is no joke, the vibrancy and depth to the colour, especially in the “Broadway Melody” sequence was insane. All around a very good…

This is our second time seeing it in the theater. Loved the movie. This time the theater did not play the end credits or any of the TCM content. 🤷🏼♂️

The nonsense is generally good and at times it reaches the level of first-class satiric burlesque. Adolph Green and Betty Comden may have tossed off the script with their left hands, but occasionally they come through with powerful and hilarious round-house rights.

Watching Singin' in the Rain is an exuberant, magical experience – a journey deep into the heart of feel-good territory. Sitting through the film's 102 minutes is like ingesting a mood-altering drug. It's the perfect antidote to the blues and the blahs, and a way to bolster, enhance, and extend a natural high.
