Good movie but not what I expected.....

Story contains a really different twist. Actors were true to their parts.

I felt it could have been better and that there are HUGE continuity errors in the writing and plot. The resolution is also really poorly thought out.

Serenity was a beautiful movie. More than a movie, an insight to the protagonist mind. It is bizarre, new, and mad. Too much for an individual to understand but let loose and have the waves push you to shore for it will all make sense in the end. It had some bad scenes but…

The positive... it's beautifully shot. But that's about it. It's horribly overacted, the plot is a convoluted, nonsensical mess that WANTS to be clever but desperately fails. This is easily the worst movie I've seen in quite some time...

It started out really good but about halfway it started getting weird. After that I lost interest.

I really wanted to like this bc of the cast but the plot was really shallow. Some of the metaphors were interesting but fell flat when you were still trying to figure out the point of the movie. It’s still engaging enough to watch though
