Came for the secret mall apartment, stayed for an unexpectedly wholesome story about a guy and tape.

tttiaApr 15, 2025The way things are going, with my enemies in power and becoming increasingly brazenly anti-human by the minute, it feels like the youth culture of the future will have no other choice but to carve out some semblance of a livable world from the mouse holes and interstitial…

There is an interesting film hidden within the one that actually exists. This film would dive into the pathology of the artist, the talent and drive that realizes their art which cannot be uncoupled from narcissism. This film would explore the personal relationships which…
gtaylor14Mar 28, 2025I have been to this mall. I would not want to live there. Even as a grand artistic statement. (I liked this.)

A good documentary finally Netflix. It’s been awhile. I don’t think that the apartment itself was art but the art they did was so amazing. Wish it presented as a doc about Michael but he probably didn’t want that. And the irony of it all with the end credits…. I enjoyed this tho

Most entertaining doc I’ve seen in a long time. Big reflection on classicism and gentrification in a way I’ve never seen before. Mostly delightful, sometimes nerve wracking or emotional, honest through and through
Rlly good documentary. It shows how an artist makes their passion a lifestyle versus a career. Michael is a great example of that. It also goes into gentrification and how malls push consumerism.

7.9/10. Fun and light story about an artist group. Love the pacing and the way it just back and forth between other art projects. The sewer project is so cool
my favorite parts about this was actually their attitudes to art and how we can use it for good and to make life a little better for the people around us
