Atom User Reviews for Rob Zombie's 3 From Hell - Night Three
What a great way to resume the franchise 14 years after The Devil’s Rejects. The way Bill Moseley delivered the character of Otis Driftwood for the third time was amazing. Otis is more evil than ever. The acting of Sid Haig was great as always. Same with Sherri Moon. Rob Zombie doesn’t disappoint
Decent continuation of the Firefly family story. Due to the last minute major changes to the script and Rob Zombie's original vision of this movie, it was just that, decent. Some parts dragged, some parts felt forced. While it was great to see the family again after all of these years, it was not as good as Devil's or House.
Decent movie. Weakest of the 3 by far. People are high and drunk who are giving these great reviews!!! Saying great acting by Sid Haig, he was barely in the movie and sounded horrible!!!
Ducking amazing as always
It wasn’t the same without Captain Spaulding. 😕
Fantastic!!
Good move considering the character switch
Great movie but theater was hot and we were sweeting the whole time. We ended up leaving an hour early because the people behind us were being rude and making my wife feel uncomfortable. Love rob zombie but wish the event turned out better. Plus the food wait after ordering took 20 mins.
In my opinion, this was a movie that should have never been released or even made for that matter. If you want to see an hour and 40 minutes of the Devils rejects again then by all means, go see this movie. One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen in my life and one of the biggest disappointments ever. Rob Zombie needs to stop making these movies now. Total cash grab because he knew that his diehard fans would go see it. Absolute total letdown!
Rob Zombie’s movies just keep getting better
It was an awesome movie!!! I'm very pleased at how it turned out!!! I had a great time watching the mayhem and destruction!!!
With the last minute changes, it was as good as I believe it could be. Not nearly as good as the first two, but great seeing the characters again.
Certainly not as laser focused as The Devils Rejects. Similar plot handicap by slow pace and lacking motivation of the 3.
as a rob zombie fan this movie was great. it turned out to be a double feature. which was equally great. I loved everything about it. especially baby♥️ she's always been my favorite. she still looked good as hell!!! if you didn't see it. then sucks for you!
Loved the film!
I loved it!
Devils Rejects is my favorite movie but idk this might be better I'm not sure yet.
Everything I expected and more!! Pretty damn violent, goretastic and fun! Glad we got to visit with the Fireflies one last time...
This is absolutely my favorite RZ film since house of 1000 corpse.
A must-see film for fans of Rob Zombie's prior works. It's tone and style shifts throughout but in the end it's a bloody good time.
I expected a little more from it but it was still a good movie. Scenes procrastinated and not the greatest build up for the new villains
Started a bit slow but overall a great movie and characters. I missed the captain which makes the prior 2 equally my favorites.
I felt shortcuts the opening was taken right from natural born killers,Babe was amazing Just curious if Rob is gonna to bring the Firefly family back, not his best I still liked the film glad I got to see the rejects on the big screen.
Baby and Otis really stepped up. The Midnight Wolfman was fantastic.
We had very high expectations about this movie and boy were we disappointed. Although we are glad we saw it we both agreed the best part was the screening of The Devils Rejects.
After seeing the devils rejects again in the double feature, it proved again that this film was not necessary.
The screener was low resolution to the point of pixelation that was insulting to the pricey ticket. As for NC-17: marketing hype entirely
Not as bad as Lords Of Salem but not as good as The Devils Rejects.
Rob Zombie was reaching with this film. I don’t even know where to begin. Huge disappointment. He picked out pieces from all his other movies and mashed them together to make 3 From Hell. There was no suspense, no gore... just lots of gun violence and off beat humor. At least we all still have House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects.
meh. it’s no devils rejects, no matter how hard it tries to recreate that film. rob zombie just isn’t that great of a director, and this film proves it.
3 from hell is basically Devils rejects 2.5
This movie did not live up the first 2. Parts of it seemed to drag on and on. Being a huge fan of the Zombie films, I was expecting more, but it was still amazing. The last minute changes to the movie were noticeable, but as long as you put Sherri in there I will keep watching! Can't wait to see what he comes up with next ! If you like cheesy old school gore and horror, you will like anything he puts out there. Good Job to Rob!
