Too many lose ends, unrealistic scenarios, and horrible effects that seemed outdated and unfinished. Sorry but not worth the money.
I hadn't heard much about this movie but really enjoy all of Keanu Reeves' films. This one didn't disappoint. If you liked The Matrix, you'll like this. 😊

So close to being good on so many fronts, but not quite making it there. CGI Poor. Dialogue Lacking. Actor Chemistry Nonexistent. Okay for free theater in the park, but not at Regal prices.

1st act is so predictable i had flashbacks of other sci-fi movies, including other Keanu Reeves movies. The 2nd act started getting interesting, but fell back into typical B rated movie.

Excellent movie! Introduces many philosophical ideas, AI, consciousness, memories, near death experiences, with questionable science and technology untested in modern society. I expected little bit more action and shooting scenes.

Not the most compelling sci-fi movie in a very crowded cloning/genetic altering genre. Didn't hold my interest as the story was really predictable. Better off waiting for the DVD and rent it when you have a freebie coupon from REDBOX.
i liked the story and how they produced it
The average moviegoer probably won't like this one. But put Transcendence (Depp, 2014), Sixth Day (Schwarzenegger, 2000), and a modern-day Frankenstein story into a blender and you've got Replicas. The film also leaves room for a sequel.

Replicas manages to be perversely entertaining for its fast-paced first half, if only because of the sheer absurdity of its storyline. But it eventually devolves into tedious thriller tropes.
Replicas is chock-full of histrionic what-ifs that seem to hyperventilate so hard in their delivery that they don’t have enough oxygen to actually blow anyone’s mind. It would be the stuff of future cult screenings if it wasn’t so boring and muddled.
The utter stupidity of Replicas sometimes makes it feel almost daring. It goes to some dark, counterintuitive places out of a seeming obliviousness to both what science fiction audiences might want to see, and how actual people might behave.
