This movie reminds me of tenet. Also, I did enjoy watching this movie with Hugh Jackman from X-men franchise.

The world-building was a nice touch, but the story itself carried the day. The tech hinted at in the last few minutes of the movie intrigued me even more than the logistics of coastal living with rising sea levels. The reprise of memory snippets worked well for me, and helped cement the tone of the story, even when turning my expectations on their head.

Fun fantasy. Interesting story. Submerged world angle is a waste that detracts from the story.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed this movie. It has a bit the Leo DiCaprio “Inception” feel to it. It can be a bit annoying with the obsession with ‘the woman’ but it slowly pulls it all together. Overall this movie was better than ‘night house’ which we saw the day before. (Yes we were bored this weekend)…

Love story was poorly developed…a bit of Inception, The bureau, regression…did not love it but got to get out of the house! (Back to House of Cards).

Reminiscence doesn’t leave us much to remember it by, apart from those mournful CGI vistas of water-logged Miami.

Even if certain elements are off, the major accomplishment is that Reminiscence is not boring.
