    I mean, it's not the original, but it is still a classic in its own right. Smokey is missed, but the addition of the new characters like DayDay and Roach is a great touch. I still don't think Ice Cube is a good actor, but he at least works good in this sense. One…

    This film needed Chris Tucker. What I liked about Friday was that it was a hangout movie - a really good one that was told with style. Next Friday is your typical comedy from the early 2000s that is elevated by its humour.

    Decent sequel, adding more funny characters, especially the Latino guy with the beanie over his eyes the whole time. That whole party scene was pretty great.

    This one has always been my favourite of the three. The jokes definitely hit more in my opinion. It was noticeably missing Chris Tucker but Mike Epps works almost as well. the vibes for this movie were just immaculate.

    Sucks that we lost Chris Tucker to the Rush Hour trilogy. Although it’s not the same as the first Friday, the sequel still had its comedic moments.

    Pretty hilarious even though there’s an obvious hole to fill without Chris Tucker and I’d say Mike Epps did a great job holding his own. This movie also isn’t a copy and paste of the first Friday which I love. It obviously has a few call backs to the OG but stays new and fresh!

    Def not as good as Friday but still funny and had a lot of memorable moments. Def would’ve been better with Smokey and I kinda see why people call this a filler film it’s not as well organized it’s kinda all over. I used to think this was the best in the series. 6.5-7/10

    It brought the laughs with fresh characters and wild situations. The sequel kept that laid back vibe and delivered even bigger comedy moments. Ice Cube and the crew had me cracking up the whole time. A fun follow up that’s just as good!

    This is the second best Friday movie. Liked day day in this one but them dumbed him down in Friday after next. Roach was funny. Gotta hate these half-assed romantic storylines with Craig tho

    FUNNIEST ONE OUTTA ALL THREE 😭 i was upset that smokey didn’t come back for this one but omg dayday did not disappoint. every part of this movie had me giggling. mans was stressed all day

    7/10 Pretty decent movie, not as good as the first but had some funny moments. Chris Tucker’s absence was definitely felt while watching this but it was okay all in all.

    I forget how funny this is, and the nostalgia kicks in fast. Nowhere near the first, but how can you not have a good time with this?
