Synopsis
Charlie (Tom Cruise) just discovered he has an autistic brother named Raymond (Dustin Hoffman) and is taking him on the ride of his life. Or is it the other way around? Raymond first pushes hot-headed Charlie to the limits of his patience and then pulls him completely out of his self-centered world. This movie made me want a brother. It’s heartfelt, it’s funny, and it will tear a hole through your chest. This movie has flaws, sure, but it more than makes up for it. There are so many moments that are flying through my head while typing this that just make my heart sink.

9/10 - What a film, so good. Such a wholesome story of a man and his older brother. At first he considers his brother a burden because of his disability, but later he finds out how special he really is. Beautiful film, the end was a tear jerker for sure. Dustin & Tom were great.
