A film full of important life lessons about foot massage ethics, how to hide priceless heirlooms as a prisoner of war, what to do if someone at the party overdoses on heroin, and best practices for cleaning brain from car upholstery. Glad I saw this movie young so I learned…

The non-chronological storytelling is really what makes this movie legendary. Truthfully, it is really just a bunch of small stories. However, Tarantino weaves and interconnects these stories in such an unconventional, yet impeccable way. The dialogue is some of the best ever. 10
“And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.” Ezekiel 25:17 KJV Jackson,Thurman and Travolta were excellent. Willis creeped me out a bit First viewing:12:19 pm

Samuel L Jackson was the best part of this movie. It’s alright, but it’s way overhyped so coming into it I was expecting the end-all-be-all of movies. Great cast but just a disjointed story with barely any pay off.
It's Pulp Fiction it's amazing. The briefcase does not hold the Oscar for best actor of 2022, but instead holds Quintin Tarantinos excuse you say the N word.

What could I say about this movie that hasn’t already been said? There’s just something about this film that’s just so satisfying. To think that the way the story is told makes characters more or less important is genius, and it offers so much change in perspective. Incredible.
Didn’t really get what was happening because it kept going between characters a lot, I wish we saw uma more and there were also a few scenes which I didn’t think were necessary (the rape scene). I got quite bored in the middle of it but overall it was ok.

The experience overall is like laughing down a gun barrel, a little bit tiring, a lot sick and maybe far too perverse for less jaded moviegoers.
It's hard to over sell a movie that is so supremely confident in writing and direction. Despite an almost audience-annihilating run time of nearly two and a half-hours, it is consistently absorbing.
But the way that this picture has been so widely ravened up and drooled over verges on the disgusting. Pulp Fiction nourishes, abets, cultural slumming. [14 Nov 1994]
