Synopsis

From the legendary Studio Ghibli, creators of Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro, and Academy Award®-winning director Hayao Miyazaki, comes a heartwarming family adventure. When Sosuke, a young boy who lives on a clifftop overlooking the sea, rescues a stranded goldfish named Ponyo, he discovers more than he bargained for.     10/10 (personal bias) I watched Ponyo as a kid so rewatching it again was like nostalgia and being back memories of childhood. It’s a fun loving movie that anyone could watch and enjoy. I could watch it over and over and still enjoy it each time.

    The only entertaining piece of media I ever consumed where all obstacles are risible or short-lived. Before watching Ponyo I was simply unaware of the fact that one could tell a good story without real enemies. It’s like if family-friendliness was a good thing.
