Took my Sister for a mothers day treat! We had a great time! This is worth seeing! Outstanding cast! FUN FUN FUN!
Our family loved it
Incredible cast, but the screenplay was lackluster. At times it moved too slow and other times it felt like scenes were deleted or there was a time jump and you had to catch up. The story was very original though and seeing such incredible women do anything together was worth a watch.
a serious message about ageism subtly fit in between the laughs
Certainly not an Academy Award winner, but cute and enjoyable just the same.
Such an inspiring movie. Funny & Tear Jerker!
Live your dreams there may not be a tomorrow!
The film, directed by Zara Hayes and co-written by Hayes and Shane Atkinson, is an abject mess, a movie so poorly built it feels like every other scene is missing—as if after production was wrapped and the movie was in the can, some PA found boxes marked character and plot in a storage room and realized they forgot to use them during production.
The feature’s heart is in the right place, especially in advocating that age shouldn’t be a barrier. But Poms is a by-the-numbers feature which couples its empowering message with routine gags and muddled conflict.
