A goofy but stunning Technicolor Niagara Falls travelogue romcom that is destabilized by the sheer visual awe of Marilyn Monroe and the Hitchcockian murder plot noir she and Cotton sneakily bring with them without the other characters’ knowledge. The actual…

fran hoepfnerSep 17, 2019because I have the attention span of a magpie I couldn't tell you a single plot point from this but I COULD tell you about the exact shade of Marilyn's bright shiny lipstick

Was too busy still thinking about that shot of Marilyn coming out of the shower with an immaculately painted face that I missed the twist 🤷🏻♀️
LizApr 29, 2019Marilyn Monroe is really impressive in this movie. I’m not all that surprised because she was a great actress, but the fact that she could play a sexy femme fatale who is nevertheless hunted and plunged into fear and delirium, and play both sides so well, is not something…
Seemoya 🦕🌷Apr 8, 2026I put this on last night when a friend was over but stopped before such a terrible fate befalls my girl. Five stars for Marilyn and her fits and walk and what she does with that marvelous face. To watch Marilyn Monroe in motion is to be reminded that she is somehow the…

I hoped this would pack more of a punch, but it's a predictable thriller. I'm happy it has a good noir atmosphere and the performances were okay. The ending got a bit exciting too, so that's cool. One thing for sure… I'd love to visit Niagara Falls now!
estéticamente la película es buena pero las actuaciones son vacías, la historia varias veces se nota mal ejecutada ➡️ 4.5/10
