Mother! is a film that embarks through the whole process of creation itself. While as ambiguous it might feel, it presents many allegories, such as God & Humanity, or an Artist & his work of art. However, it’s main focus is on how a creator neglects his inspiration for greatness.

this is by far my favorite movie of all time. the things I felt the first time I watched are inexplicable. I wish I could watch this movie for the first time again. the baby scene made me nauseous for a couple of minutes. this movie's a 10/10 without hesitation.
This metaphor is ridiculous. If you wanna spend 2 whole hours of your life getting an irritation migraine with a disappointing ending, watch this. There’s no satisfaction in watching this, no hope, no genuine connection to the characters, had high expectations & was let down.

Great movie and don’t let those saying it was dumb discourage you. It’s not a movie for those that aren’t that bright.
AHAndrea Hermannkept waiting for the story to reveal, something...ANYTHING??? Save your money and the 2 hours of your life u will never get back!

movie was confusing.
KRKim RobinsonI felt like this movie was very relatable. I tried not to cry! I've never written a review for a movie and we go to the movies sometimes 3 days a week! But I don't think some people will get it. I totally understood it. Open your minds to something different!
ALAshli LargéI can understand why people won't be the biggest fans of mother! But it's very metaphorical and allegorical. Give it a chance.

An extremely clever film that's beautifully written and will require a rewatch. The rewatch value is off the charts! If you enjoy dark films with plot twists, this is your movie!
TDTerrylynn DupreeThis movie is for people who are thinkers if you are not and want 2 hours of mindless drivel do not see this movie. The actors did a superb job delivering this very original material.
