Imagine if someone wanted to combine Conan the Barbarian with Star Wars but it ended up looking like a cross been very high class LARPing and an 80s music video. Very bad but also very rad.

I don't know anything about Masters of the Universe, but I don't think it should've taken place mostly on earth as a typical 80s action lol. Felt like low-budget Star Wars I still think it's cool, though.

surprised no one has actually loved this movie, i loved it, it’s so good it’s a normal sci-fi 80s movie but it’s great! it has a great plot and characters tbh i loved watching he-man with my dad and we enjoyed watching masters of the universe also. based on mainly enjoyment 10/10

It’s an 80s cartoon adaptation. It was never gonna be groundbreaking. It’s fun. Lungdren is actually solid in a leading role for once. Frank Langella is the icing on the cake. Full commitment to the campiness of He-Man.
