It's a wonderful movie!!!
I would highly recommend this movie to anyone. The portrayal of St. Nektarios is a wonderful example of the ideal Christian life and Christian attitude. If anyone asked me how a Christian should behave, I would have them watch this movie. The acting is phenomenal.
This was a blessing to behold, true to St Nektarios’ story. Thinking about his life of love, holiness and deep humility has made me weep, even today. The movie was so excellently done! Glory to God☦️

Go see this great movie about our beloved Greek Orthodox Saint Nektarios. This true story is the Holy life he lived. The cast did a great job in the movie. Also, read the book about his life called, "Saint Nektarios Saint of our Century."
I truly did not know all the trials and tribulations he had to go through. How did the other Bishops and Patriarch etc. justify their lies. They too had to eventually "face their maker". Make sure you stay through the credits and hear from the Director!
St. Nektarios struggled with conditions still prevalent today, i.e., false accusations, rumors and power hungry ambitious intellectuals threatened by others. He suffered with humility, forgiveness and a focus on God. Truly an example for us in all times.
