This movie was truly spectacular. It has awesome action and suspense. It is one of the best action and adventure films of all time.

Epic battle at the end, when Gandalf the white shows up I got a little bricked up ngl. Frodo Baggins still sounds like puss boi tho.

The battle of Helm’s Deep is one of the greatest battle sequences I have ever seen. Amazing how 4 hours can fly when you’re totally immersed.

God forbid this should ever play on an IMAX screen -- the concussive soundtrack and relentless visuals would likely strike viewers deaf and blind (but what a way to go!). Simply breathtaking.
