Atom User Reviews for Life Itself
A tour-de-force. One hell of a cathartic experience about this crazy thing we call life
It was so deep and meaning full I cried so much ❤️
Literally the worst movie I’ve seen all year ... tied with The First Purge, Truth or Dare, Strangers Prey at Night, and Summer of ‘67. Wow, what a Trauma Porn with nothing to say. No, thanks.
Not a great beginning or ending. The idea of a generational love story was good but the movie wasn’t what i expected at all...
Way too drawn out! Story was all over the place
despite the poor reviews from critics, I found it compelling and interesting
Loved it! Absolutely one of the saddest movies I've seen in a long time. Touched every part of me. Resonated with my heart and soul. I cried from beginning to end. I'm still so emotional.
Waste of my money n time.
Great movie life story of any family's little slow at parts, a big star woould add to the story, and some, parts need a connection.
if you love This is us you will love this movie. I cried like a baby though the whole movie.
Wonderfully written!
For a movie called LIFE itself there was a lot of death. Still a good movie just a lot of things happen that you would not be expecting.
Time line was confusing.

In Life Itself, everyone’s fate is in the hands of Fogelman, and he wields that power with terrible cruelty.
Life Itself begins with a cinematic shell game, with Fogelman pulling a short con on the viewer for no discernible reason.
A vapid exercise in narrative kitsch that spans two languages and multiple decades and love stories.
