Everyone in our family from 5 - 34 thought it was hilarious
I absolutely loved the movie me and my girlfriend this is one of those children’s movies that has jokes for adults that kids won’t understand.
Great message about kids mental health
Great message, but fun for adults too.
It was funny and loved the message behind it. my teenagers enjoyed it.
Very touching and cute!
Had just the right amount of singing and dialog.
Loved the message for kids.
My kids enjoyed this movie but, honestly, I was surprised with how much I really enjoyed it as well. This is a great pick for family movie night.
Took my 3 y/o granddaughter to see this. It was her first movie in a theater. She was entertained the whole time and we really enjoyed this movie. Unique story line. Very cute movie. Will definitely watch it again!
Expected a little weirdness from Adam Sandler but there was way more than there should've been. When making a movie for kids leave the questionable things out. Not a bad movie but when I'm in a theater for a kids movie on pins and needles because I'm thinking to myself, "don't say anything bad." There's a problem.
I really enjoyed this movie and didn’t take any kids. It was hilarious.
Great movie funny and great way for a life lesson for kids
Great kids movie. Great message
Funny and heartwarming, the kids loved it!
Very cute movie. A lot of funny moments. My little one giggled a lot!
Like all kid movies there are adult jokes that kids don’t get. It wasn’t too much in my opinion and I laughed, the kids laughed. Some actual life lessons were taught or mentioned in the movie and I thought that was awesome. Especially in todays society. Would definitely watch again. Can’t wait for it to be released.
I didn’t get to see it
Just an overall funny and entertaining movie for the family to watch together.
My whole family loved it. 3yrs all the way to 36… my 3 yr old sat and watched the whole thing..
Kids enjoyed and funny for adults too!
Love it and was great to see
Such a funny and cute movie with a great meaningful ending! Had the entire family laughing throughout the whole movie!
Super cute movie
Was cute just too much singing
Great message in the movie. It was funny, heartfelt and just a good time.
Good story and lessons told. A lot of singing.
We all really enjoyed this movie !
I love all the sweet messages for kids going through different issues. Sweet moments of tears with plenty of moments to laugh. As an only child whose best friend was a dog, it reminded me so much about how my childhood dog was my confidant. If only she had talked back :)
was a great treat for my family on my sons 9th birthday. we loved it.
Definitely a kids movie. Had a good story line and message though.
My almost two year old likes the movie. I don’t care for the slowness of the movie or the singing but I did like the morals and concept of the movie. Overall it wasn’t bad.
Great family friendly movie with some adult friendly humor snuck in here and there. Enjoyed all the songs, and the characters.
Love it! Laughed so much!
Loved the movie kept me laughing and surprised as well as cute, definitely recommend it. Was not boring or tiresome. It does have some singing but not a lot to the point you want to take your eyes off the screen.
The whole family enjoyed the movie, crear message. Will watch again
good movie the story had a good pace and surprised it was a musical when watching it still only seeing the trailer as a movie and did not think leo the musical
Great movie that all generations should watch!
Loved this movie! I’m a teacher of 5th graders and it was so sweet!
Hilariously adorable and fun to watch!! I think I loaches more than the kids did. Awesome movie!
The movie is good for kids and has a lot of great jokes. The singing didn't make me want to sleep so over all pretty good family movie.
It was hilarious and entertaining! Great lessons for both adults and children, lots of kid friendly jokes with many hidden adults jokes as well!
Fun movie for the whole family.
The adults and teenagers all agreed it was a cute must see!
My Grandson (4) loved it and said it was fun
Dialog too fast for <2nd graders
It was a great movie to see with the kids. It wasn’t as funny as I thought it would be but it was still funny. I was expecting Adam Sandler to overact but he did a wonderful job delivering this character. My kids want to go back and see it again so that’s a win in my books!
Good movie! My family enjoyed w!
Great movie for the whole family and we can't wait to see it again.
my son and I both loved it

Leo can sometimes have a jolt of energy from its slapstick sequences or its bright color palette, in which Leo the lizard flies through the air, floats on a bubble, or meets other talking animals. But it's all defined by its assembly line animation, in which the spell of watching life-like characters and settings can be easily broken by looking at the backgrounds of shots for just a few seconds.
From references to Lin-Manuel Miranda (Moana) to songs that don’t rhyme and even metalinguistic performances – the one with the clocks is especially good because it completely underscores a particular character’s personality – Leo shows a surprising level of maturity that we’ve only come to expect from Pixar and Studio Ghibli films.
Brightly animated and with moments of surprising insight, there’s a warm likability to Leo that radiates, for those still in the classroom and those who left it long ago.
