I love that Leatherface also carries around a mini handheld saw to use in close quarters. This is a serial killer who is always prepared.

Tries to mold Hooper's very specific brand of deranged mania and filthy Texas textures into a generic commercial slasher. An inherently flawed concept that dulls a lot of what made the first two movies scary and works of genuine artistry. Appreciate the level gruesomeness…

leeFeb 19, 2018When I was a kid, the armadillo rock scene really made me uneasy, which is significant because I have an irrational phobia of armadillos but still didn’t want to see the little bugger go out like that. The ‘most dangerous game’ tcm riff is doofy popcorn horror and it’s…

Personally engraved chainsaws are my weakness.
Elric KaneMay 13, 2026“There’s road kill all over Texas.”Would love to have seen the film in its entirety but due to how you can’t literally see anything that happens at night then it becomes rather difficult. Offers nothing original, lifeless filmmaking. You can sense the absence of Tobe Hopper…

Brings back a lot of the core values of the og while still being fun. Wish it had better gore and acting, but a fun watch.
Lacks the clarity and identity of the earlier 1974 and 1986 installments.

Whoever dislikes this likes to watch Grown ups and American pie
ending was good, i liked the final girl wtv tf her name was
4.7/10 and the golden chainsaw goes to. lord this movie was a tough watch. doesn’t show kills and the characters were doing nothing. boring and could tell who was good and bad. also enough random people in. leatherface looked cool and the main girl was a good staple for the movie

Actually really enjoyed this one, started off quite slow but picked up quite quickly. Just as gory as the ones before. Even though they changed the story a little I quite enjoyed the larger sawyer family where they had some ironically funny moments, especially alphabet soup
This movie was so strange. Literally where did half of the characters in the movie come from? It makes no sense as a sequel at all, it reverses things that happened in the last movie yet it’s considered the “3rd” movie in the franchise. I did like stretch’s cameo though!
That is NOT Leatherface. This movie was insanely boring but better than the last one. It honestly feels like a typical low budget horror movie for its time. The family stuff was def stupid and the writing is poor. Wasn’t very thrilling either. 4-4.5/10
