Wonderful hand-drawn animation, adorable life lessons, an oddly romantic song about dogs sharing spaghetti, and the occasional grotesque racial stereotype. Still better than the new one!

kris likedLady and the TrampI absolutely love old Disney movies and this is a perfect example of that. It’s such a good film, I can’t believe this was my first time watching. Not the best he has done in this line. It is a coyly romantic story, done with animals. The sentimentality is mighty, and the use of the CinemaScope size does not make for any less awareness of the thickness of the goo.
