I enjoyed this film. I think some are being too harsh. The action was amazing. They could have given a little bit more back story for some of the characters but over all I give it a solid 4 stars.
Very well executed original take on Kraven. really cements the character as a complex, multidimensional, almost anti-hero.

Kraven The Hunter doesn’t entertain. The only thing it does right is release the hostages after two hours.
Aside from the obviously unintentional humor, the quality of Kraven the Hunter is severely lacking. Perhaps that’s all the recommendation you need for some dumb fun at the movies.
Clocking in at a slow-jog time of 2 hours and 7 minutes, filled with howlingly bad CGI creations, green-screen scenes that would have looked rudimentary in the early 2000s and clunky dialogue, “Kraven” doesn’t even provide much in the way of camp value. It’s just an undercooked pile of steaming mediocrity.
