The film is a slow burner and feels very familiar while the state-of-the-art animation makes it all feel fresh maybe even poignant. Great addition to the Planet of the Apes saga 🍿

I enjoyed the visual effects, and it was a stunning environment. The dystopia universal Wes bell had created is going to be an amazing story moving forward. I got nothing but positive buzz about the next two movies

The film may end on a bleak note, but there's some levity mixed into the very batter.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes explores the past while creating a new future, starting this fresh angle on the series to a rocky, but promising start.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is a fun enough distraction.
