Alex Ruppert likedJames and the Giant PeachThis is one of those older movies that I like but I don’t really know if they hold up today. It’s a good stop motion movie, one that doesn’t get a lot of recognition like Fantastic Mr. Fox, Nightmare Before, Coraline, etc. But it’s a solid movie imo.

It’s such a wonderous piece of imagination. I loved Henry Selick’s work with stop motion animation but unfortunately his recent works are just not as good as this. He always keep me on my toes tho with what ever he does next

Tate is "meh" onJames and the Giant PeachI don’t think I’m the target audience but I wanted to rewatch it from my childhood. Every part of this is so absurd. I remembered I loved the book I just wasn’t feeling the movie. You literally would have had to be crazy to dream this movie up
