Synopsis

Incredibly underrated. The main critique of this movie is that it is too long, especially when considering the premise, and it might be, but I was okay with it cause the extra time helped it function as a great character study, worth a watch for Tarantino fans

⚫This is the second version of this since the first one got deleted (just look at it with fresh eyes). I don't think I am a Tarantino-kind of guy. Most of his films feel pretty self-indulgent and long-winded to me. I did enjoy the characters of Grier and Jackson, though. 🟡

Tarantino keeps things moving along nicely, with a heavier dose of humor and less violence than in Pulp Fiction, but, on the whole, this movie seems more like the work of one of his wannabes than something from the director himself.
