WOW! Watched this movie on TV for years...what a marvelous experience to see it on the big screen. And yes, both my husband and I cried at the end. Perfect (early) Christmas gift.
Great to see on the big screen!
AMC couldn’t figure out how to show the movie- after an hour they gave gift cards to people who purchased through Fathom. Complete disappointment
Can't miss this movie
Loved seeing it on the big screen. Have been watching it for years but not quite 75!
The movie was amazing and it was wonderful to hear the audience reactions. Plus I saw and heard things that I had never noticed before. And I’ve watched this more times than I can count.
WOW! Watched this movie on TV for years...what a marvelous experience to see it on the big screen. Newaunces visible on the big screen, not the little screen.
It was so great seeing It's a Wonderful Life on the big screen! Way better than the TV!
I not only know this film by heart, I see something new every time I see it. LOVED seeing it on the big screen!
I've watched this movie for years on television. There were so many things I never noticed until seeing it on the big screen. What a treat to watch it the way it was originally meant to be seen! It was magical.
My favorite movie with my favorite actor, viewed 4 days before Christmas! Enduring message, inspiring in a time when hope is so needed. Absolutely wonderful on full screen!
The movie was great. The 30 minutes of anti-abortion religious commercials before the show were very disappointing. 5 in-a-row of the Ark Experience which is some kind of Noah’s ark theme park in Tennessee.
It was amazing to see on the big screen. It brought the story to life and you saw/heard details that are easily missed on tv.
It's a Wonderful Life. It's a Wonderful Feeling
sound was not of theater quality
Oh my gosh! I loved it even more on the big screen! I feel like I noticed so many extra details and even though I’ve seen it many times and know exactly what happens, I still cried! The packed theatre all clapped at the end! What a joy to see it this way!
Have watched this movie on TV many times. Watching it on the big screen was an amazing experience.
We couldn't watch the movie due to projection or theater staff problems. We are extremely disappointed
One of my favorite Christmas movies. Nice to see it on the big screen
My favorite Christmas movie of all time! Must see every year; awesome to enjoy it on the big screen again. Thank you!!!
I've been watching It's a Wonderful Life every year since I was a little girl. To see it on the big screen was a dream come true
Absolutely loved it. The audience in the theater stood and applauded when the credits appeared on the screen. This should become an annual holiday event!
Saw things I had never noticed in the movie before
Took my mom for her Birthday with my sister's and nieces. It was a Great time for all. Amazing to see on the big screen.
Excellent as always, an annual Christmas reminder!
Nice to see families watching something together.
This is my favorite movie of all time! It is a must see.
Better than ever on the big screen! Thank you Fathom Events, TCM, & Atom.
All-time favorite. Thanks for putting it in the theatres.
Well worth it!

It was fantastic seeing It’s A Wonderful Life on the big screen! I’ve seen this movie a thousand times, but this is the first time in the theatre. I love these special TCM showings.
Lesson: You’re created for a purpose!
Wonderful to see It's A Wonderful Life on the big screen!
The movie hits home as always, and seeing it on the big screen was special. However, a lot of the magic was lost by having the movie start 10 minutes late, not showing the film in a proper aspect ratio, not turning the lights down at the right time at the beginning/ or up at the end of the film. Other than that, perfecto! Bravo AMC 16 Viera West!
Amazing seeing it on the big screen. There really a difference in seeing it in the theater to home tv, no matter how large the tv is. :-)
My favorite movie, seeing it in black and white on a big screen was a Christmas treat, indeed!
The movie was great!
This is a wonderful film, it’s ageless, humane, and very moving.
Better than on tv
Metacritic
It's one of those ageless movies, like Casablanca or The Third Man, that improves with age. Some movies, even good ones, should only be seen once. When we know how they turn out, they've surrendered their mystery and appeal. Other movies can be viewed an indefinite number of times. Like great music, they improve with familiarity. It's a Wonderful Life falls in the second category.
Indeed, the weakness of this picture, from this reviewer's point of view, is the sentimentality of it—its illusory concept of life. Mr. Capra's nice people are charming, his small town is a quite beguiling place and his pattern for solving problems is most optimistic and facile. But somehow they all resemble theatrical attitudes rather than average realities. And Mr. Capra's turkey dinners philosophy, while emotionally gratifying, doesn't fill the hungry paunch.
