Thoroughly watchable and deceptively wise - there is obviously the initial thrill of Dan Stevens speaking German (!) but the strength of his performance goes way beyond that - hypnotic, magnetic body language and candid affection, without losing glimpses of spontaneous…

Part of what's so interesting about this movie is that despite being set in a world where it is possible to construct perfect mechanical recreations of human beings with highly advanced artificial intelligence, it hardly makes any effort to situate the story in a sci-fi…

Surprised by how deep I'M YOUR MAN resonated. Very sweet, yes. Sometimes goofy, sure. But from both a philosophical and emotional standpoint, always sincere.

I’m Your Man is an offbeat German sci-fi rom-com with many moments of sweetness and brilliance, while at the same time hindered by its overlong runtime and a rushed ending. It didn't necessarily renovate the sub-genre of falling in love with a robot, but at least it…

If you have any doubts of being swooned by a robotic but overtly romantic Dan Stevens, wait till you hear him speak fluent German for an hour and a half.

    I'm Your Man

I’m Your Man is a romance perfectly curated to audiences’ tastes. While occasionally lighthearted and filled with dry humor, it argues the sentiency of future AI and how this will affect humans’ relationships with other humans.

I’m Your Man promises Dan Stevens as a rom-com dreamboat, but what it delivers is far more intriguing and rewarding.

It asks pertinent questions about loneliness and a world in which algorithms can know us better than our human partners ever will.

I was disappointed with a film whose crises and dilemmas seem laborious and essentially predictable; it does not fully work as sci-fi or satire or comedy.
