I don’t think it was a good movie at all. I didn’t find any Comedy in it. I think it was gross and I don’t think it’s suitable for children to even see that.

If I could've given this movie a zero, I would've. This movie sucked! It was nothing but "Weapons" on steroids.

I've heard all the bad reviews in general and the stuff about AI use so I set the bar very low for this one. I didn't think it was the worst movie I've seen this year, but it also wasn't the best. I laughed out loud every time the boy said "what tha f*@k?!" Anyway, Eli Roth…

It was okay. Some parts were funny also very gruesome. I personally don’t think I’ll watch it again possibly

It was a bit cheesy. As long as you go into it knowing that it’s made for the gore and can laugh at the acting, then you’ll enjoy it.

Writing could've been better, pretty predictable outcome. Kids 10+ would enjoy it with a parent. Alot of serious parts were funny and a lot of the funny parts weren't. Kids enjoyed it.

You have to go into the movie knowing Eli Roth's style of movie, wasn't my favorite but obviously you can't take it seriously. Very satirical, lots of gore.

Ice Cream Man isn’t even nasty in a way that gets under your skin. Imagine humouring someone as they spoil the punchline to a very dumb joke, only for them to keep telling you the same joke, over and over again.

Ice Cream Man sees Eli Roth once more imitating better horror movies to mixed results, mostly making you wish that you were watching Terrifier or Weapons instead. Even as it’s not without some genuinely gruesome bursts of violence for all you gore lovers, there’s just not much else on the bone here. It’s cheap rather than clever, cumbersome rather than campy, and ultimately just oddly empty.

Though the film is gleefully sadistic and doesn't skimp on the gore, Roth fails to build any real tension around it. Most of the violence has a goofy weightlessness to it; Ice Cream Man is about as visceral as an Itchy Scratchy cartoon, and not nearly as cleverly staged. Without the right tone, there's little chance of the movie making its intended impact. The further into the story I went, the less engaged I became.
