lucyMar 3, 2018I've seen this movie many times but not until this most recent viewing did I realize that Sarah Michelle Gellar is a beam of light, like a sunflower, an angel, a Precious Moment. A perfume counter girl with high-waisted denim shorts and cigarette affixed silver fingernails.…

I have to know what beef the fisherman had with Max. Mans wasn’t even involved with them last summer or this summer. He just wanted that dweeb obliterated.

very good! first horror/slasher film to ever make me audibly scream. very glad freddie and jennifer survived, sad about sarah michelle though :( it’s okay though bc it was still a fun time and im in love with freddie
somebody give my girl julie some cough drops, cause i’m sure her throat is in deep pain after all that screaming

In between giving this a like or a meh. It doesn’t fully live up to the hype. it could’ve been better and the lil “plot twist” i guess you could call it wasn’t gaggy enough but it’s a cute lil slasher to watch for the 4th of July so I’ll give it a pass 5.5/10
tmi but I re watched it RIGHT before they took it off Netflix. which was kind of crazy honestly. I started it a little before 12 and once the movie was over, it said it wasn’t on there anymore 😭

Despite an inordinately complicated third-act resolution, it's head-and-shoulders above most so-called suspense films.
The best shot in this film is the first one. Not a good sign.
Though it flies in the face of credibility and becomes downright silly by its end, I Know What You Did Last Summer knows its way around the rules of the popular horror-film genre.
