What a blessing to start the Christmas season with a beautiful and inspiring movie! Our family enjoyed it from beginning to end… we are Homeschoolers, and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow‘s poetry has always been our favorite… we were excited to watch this movie… Well done “Sight & Sounds Films”, praying that more amazing films will come in the future.

I was happily surprised at the quality of the acting. I also learned things about Henry Wadsworth Longfellow that I had not known. I am glad that we went.

A dear and powerful movie about one of our national treasures and his challenges. The period piece is beautifully crafted. Everyone should see this movie.

Beautiful historic scenes and costumes along with a true and inspiring story. A family movie with its joys and sorrows, that helps you get into the spirit of the Christmas season. I will never look at Henry W. Longfellow in the same way again!

We took our family and were pleased with the quality of the acting. We learned many things about Henry Wadsworth Longfellow that we had not known and appreciate the challenges he faced and his perseverance. I am glad that we went.

My husband and I took our 11 year old son to see this movie. Very pleasantly surprised that this movie had a longer stay in theaters than originally advertised to allow us to catch it on the big screen. Our son is a big history buff and as a faith filled family, this was perfect. The actors gave very impressive performances, so heartfelt and intense. The story was very moving and inspiring. In a time where our family values are being attacked more than ever, this movie is a great champion for hope, love and resilience.

This movie was absolutely incredible! The actors and the sets were spot on. It was impressively accurate to history! Loved it!

In a world lacking faith filled true stories, this is one for the books!
