Atom User Reviews for Hotel Mumbai
Well made movie with great skilled artists. At the end I walked out being upset and mad. Touches your core, being an Indian and a fellow human, its very heartbreaking. Hope all terror groups burn in hell and also in their so called paradise. Movie went little numb at times but overall its a good one.
A gripping true story that isn't afraid to show consequences of heroic actions in a dire situation.
This movie is very intense, violent, but tells a good story and found myself not wanting to look away from the screen!!!
Sad but true story relived in details for horrifying terror attacks in Mumbai
Best movie I’ve seen in a while!
.
A wonderful movie!
Great movie
Hotel Mumbai is a heart pounding, based on true events, film. The opening warms you up to the families of the main characters and leads off quickly to action packed, heart pounding, intense scenes. The director puts you in the movie and you feel as if you are a hotel guest mixed in the terror.
Great movie
Heart pounding except a little slow in the middle. About 30 minutes too long. But worth seeing.

Superb movie
best movie I've seen so far this year
it was very raw and brutal recreation of what happened
Terror and Cheos was downplayed.
Love this movie! I was in tears but there were some very eye opening moments.
Metacritic
A chilling and valuable reminder of acts of madness, and acts of heroism, that should never be forgotten.
Movie-release schedules are set by studios months in advance, and many are the movie that had the misfortune to open at an inopportune time. But Hotel Mumbai is responsible for myriad other poor creative decisions that make a spectacle of misery.
Is it any surprise that this disturbing brand of cinema was triggered by 9/11, a catastrophe that, despite the valor it called forth, and the wars that ensued, lies beyond redemption and revenge? Or that Hotel Mumbai, a well-staged model of the form, should leave you feeling fidgety and low? You can admire a film, reel at the horrors it unfolds, and still wind up asking yourself, helplessly, what it was all for.
