Emma Roberts could do The Revenant, but Leonardo DiCaprio couldn’t do Hotel for Dogs

  • The part where Don Cheadle stops animal control from taking these dogs just by reading their names from a book deserves an Oscar. Modern Day Casablanca. Best film of all time.

Hey kids, don't do crimes! ...unless it's to save a dog, in which case do ALL the crimes.

My kids liked it. Fine for a dumb kids movie. Least there are dogs.

so cheesy but so so so heartfelt. im an animal lover at heart and watching a film that basically saves the strays of New York absolutely hits me in my heart🥹 it’s the way I continuously sob throughout this movie because the act of helping innocent animals in need always gets me

An amazing movie🐶❤️ I love how fun and heartwarming it is, the idea of turning an old hotel into a home for dogs is just too cute🙌🏽 The dogs totally steal the show! Still good, just like in my memories 12/10 Probable gonna rewatch in a couple of months😂

The setup is cute, the concept of an old hotel being turned into a dog haven is charming, and the canine cast steals the show. Great for kids and animal lovers alike. The pacing drags sometimes, but overall, it delivers wholesome entertainment.

It's no great shakes as a film, but its combination of mild comedy, slapstick, pathos, many photogenic canines and a positive message will make it irresistible to families.
